Pinch leveler

The pinch leveler is composed of pinch roll and leveling roll, which is responsible for leveling the strip, leveling the strip head and tail, and preparing for butt welding. The pinch roll pinch the strip steel to advance, clamp the strip steel and send it to the leveler to provide forward power for the strip steel. When the strip head and tail pass through the leveling roll, the upper leveling roll is pressed down to reduce the distance between the upper and lower rolls for leveling, and the upper leveling roll is properly lifted for mild leveling in the rest of the time. The pinch leveler also plays the role of positioning the strip head at the butt welding machine.
