Decoiler

The decoiler supports and unfolds the coil which is about to enter the main machine. It drives the strip steel to feed at the required speed and provides back tension. The decoiler can automatically adjust the feeding speed to match the feeding speed of the looper. In addition, the uncoiler designed by Shuangyou is equipped with a blade and a pressing roller device to assist uncoiling. After the screwdown roll is pressed down to the upper surface of the steel coil, the blade cuts off the strip packaging strip and reversely bends the strip head to make the strip head flat, so as to ensure that the strip head can enter the leveler smoothly.
