The forming machine supplied by Shuangyou adopts JCO forming process of multi-channel bending, which has many functions such as automatic feeding, bending forming, rotating tube blank and automatic discharging. It can continuously produce open tube blank of large straight seam tube. Compared with the traditional uo molding method, JCO molding process has the advantages of short mold replacement time, low mold cost and no need to use lubricating oil.
