Screw delivery roll

It is an indispensable transmission device for shot blasting and coating of steel pipe outer wall that the screw delivery roller rotates the steel pipe at a fixed speed while conveying the steel pipe. In order to prevent affecting the roughness of the outer wall of the steel pipe after shot blasting or damaging the outer coating of the coated steel pipe, the rubber wheel design is used for the screw delivery roller. According to the customer's cost budget, Shuangyou can design two different modes of spiral delivery roll: manual tube change adjustment and automatic tube change adjustment.
